Introduction

Spatial domains refer to regions on tissue sections that exhibit specific gene expression patterns. These regions are usually spatially continuous and display a certain degree of functional consistency. By identifying spatial domains, researchers can better understand how cells within a tissue interact with each other and how they work together to perform complex biological processes, and provides a classification basis for differential gene analysis .
