Performance Test Environment and Data Description

Performance tests were conducted on functional modules, including runtime and peak memory usage.

• Test environment: Internal R&D cluster (actual production environment), CPU node computing resources: 112 CPUs, 1T memory; GPU node: 112 CPUs, 2T memory, 16G GPU memory.

• Test data: Internal R&D data, including mouse samples and pathological samples, 5 cases each of Stereo-seq and Stereo-seq OMNI. Each module test uses a subset of the 10 samples.
