Running Time and Memory Usage

• For each sample, singleCelltype + Kmeans, multiCelltypeScore + Kmeans, and multiCelltypeScore + leiden were used to count time and memory.

• When the number of cells is large (bin20 data), the time and memory for leiden clustering are relatively high.
