Introduction
Trajectory analysis is used to infer the dynamic changes and trajectories of cells in space or during developmental processes, revealing biological processes such as cell state transitions and differentiation. This module uses the monocle3 algorithm for trajectory analysis, supporting trajectory inference for both spatial transcriptomics and single-cell data, and automatically outputs various trajectory-related results.
