rds Data Format Description

• st.rds: Spatial transcriptomics expression matrix as a Seurat object, which must contain raw expression matrix and gene names information. For details, please refer to SDAS Input Data Format Description.

gene_file File Format Description (Optional):

• gene.txt: Custom gene list file, no header, one gene name per line, used to display the expression trend of custom genes along pseudotime.
